Standard Booking & Cancellation Policy: 1️⃣ Booking Policy Bookings can be made online via our website or by phone. Every booking is only binding after confirmation by our platform. Please check the selected time, service, and number of participants before completing your booking. For group courses: The minimum and maximum number of participants will be displayed during the booking process. 2️⃣ Cancellation Policy Free cancellation: possible up to 120 hours before the appointment. Cancellation between 119 and 25 hours before the appointment: 25% of the price will be charged. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the price will be charged. No-shows: the full price will be charged. Rescheduling: possible depending on availability. Please contact our team for this.
